  My husband and I have never had such poor service that started with an attitude tonight (Nov 2). We walked into the store and there was no one in site behind the counter. I leaned over and said hello...finally a clerk appeared and you could just see the attitude on her face. When she responded with " ya what can I get you" I responded with "nice attitude" & proceeded to give her my order. Of course she chose not to write it down. Once she realized that she needed yo, she walked away out of site then came back and said "what was that again". I once again repeated my order then she grabs another large ice coffee cup and says "you having the same thing?" & my husband said "no, I'll have a medium" & before he could finish, she threw the cup down and grabbed a medium cup..that is when we decided to leave. I am not a every now and then customer of Dunkins, i am twice a day seven days a week customer but I will never give this Dunkins my busy ever AGAIN if they have that type of customer service.

  The workers are 100% stupid. SUPER SLOW. No skill at all. Can't even make an ice coffe.
